Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. An express option is also available at checkout.

Processing Time

Every Willow & Loam piece is made to order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your artwork to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Timelines may vary slightly during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your artwork is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Misprinted Orders

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 7 days of delivery at shop@willowandloam.com with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
