Welcome to Willow & Loam. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of willowandloam.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our Store

Willow & Loam sells made-to-order fine art prints on gallery wrapped canvas and in floating frames. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our artwork, sizes and frame finishes accurately. Colors can look slightly different from one screen to another, and canvas has natural surface texture. These variations are not considered defects. All sizes are listed in inches, width first.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is due in full at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Because every piece is made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed with incorrect information. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds for orders that arrive damaged or misprinted. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, logos and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Willow & Loam and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical piece for personal display only. It does not transfer any copyright or grant the right to copy, reproduce, resell or distribute the artwork or images.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or collect its content without our written permission.

10. Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites.

11. Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in our policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow & Loam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
